In this course, I will teach how to write a recommendation letter.

Students must have Microsoft Word because we will be writing many examples of recommendation letters in it.

Using what you have learned in our class, you have to write a recommendation letter for someone you know.

  2. Use a polite and proper salutation.

  3. Open with an enthusiastic and strong sentence.

  4. Describe your relationship with the person.

  5. Showcase the applicant's qualifications and achievements.

  6. Encourage the reader to accept the applicant.

  7. Use a professional closing and sign your name.

  8. Proofread your letter.
