After working in the care industry for a number of years, I completed my teacher training and have delivered training on all aspects of adult care for the past ten years. I am passionate about delivering quality training for care workers to support them in gaining the knowledge and skills to fulfil their roles and responsibilities. Care workers have a vital role in supporting vulnerable individuals, quality training can help to provide them with confidence that they are working within guidelines and giving the best care.
Infection control is an important area in care, as we have seen in previous years and care workers must stay up to date with changes in legislation and guidance.
