Create Autocad Submission Structural Drawings using Etabs and CSI SAFE Results

The course "[AutoCAD] Structural Detailing by using ETABS & SAFE Results" is designed by keeping budding Civil Engineers in mind who are coming across Autocad Software for the very first time. The approach has been laid out such that anyone with any interest in the software can master it.


Note: This course is not intended to teach Etabs & SAFE software. A separate in-depth course is available for it on this platform. This course is designed to teach students how to carry out detailing for an Etabs and SAFE Project by using Autocad only. There will be no use of RCDC software for this course.

We will start the process with just a plan, and as we go on we will be creating the following:

  2. Foundation Marking layout by using CSI SAFE Results.

  3. Footing Schedule from scratch.

  4. Column Layout with eccentricity marking.

  5. Column Schedule for main and shear reinforcement.

  6. Extracting Column Etabs Results with the help of an Excel Sheet.

  7. Beam Layout with a standard naming approach.

  8. Beam Sections with main and shear reinforcement.

  9. Beam Detailing by using Etabs Results with the help of an Excel Sheet.

  10. Double Bent up Slab Detailing in Autocad.

  11. Alternate Bent up Slab Detailing in Autocad.

  12. Curtailed Bar Slab Detailing in Autocad.

  13. One Way Slab Detailing by using Excel Sheet.

  14. Two Way Slab Detailing by using Excel Sheet.

  15. Staircase Detailing in Autocad.

  16. Structural Submission Drawing for on-site execution.
