Grief is a reaction to the loss or change of something familiar in your life. In this course, I will briefly discuss a loss by suicide because I have personal experience with it.

No one can escape the emotions of grief. Everyone will experience it at some point in their lives, and each person feels it to varying degrees and over different lengths of time. Grief can be painful, and many people struggle to know how to cope with it. As a result, they may engage in self-sabotaging thoughts, believing that their life will never improve. This mindset can keep you trapped. This course will teach you how to change that perspective and move beyond it.
