PMP - Project Management Professional
PMP® stands for Project Management Professional—it’s the name of the certificate awarded to anyone who passes the PMP certification exam. So, if you successfully pass the PMP test, you become a Project Management Professional (PMP).
The PMP certification is the most recognized Individual certification in the area of Project Management and is valued worldwide. In some cases, it’s a mandatory qualification for a project management role. A project manager with a PMP certification can work as a project manager in any industry, anywhere in the world.

DOMAIN: is the high-level knowledge area that is essential for practicing project management
TASKS: the underlying responsibilities under each domain to be carried out by project managers
ENABLERS: examples with a clear illustration of the work associated with the task
Domains and their weightage are listed below:

Business Environment 8%
The new content will focus on predictive project management approaches and agile or hybrid methodologies scattered among all the three domains.
People: The current content may have limited resources to address this new domain. If there is any content then it may be woven through the course. 42% of the questions in the exam will be based out of this domain.
Process: Major portion of questions belonged to this domain in the current PMP Exam Content. The current course may have a fair amount of content to address this new domain. 50% of the exam questions will be from this section.
Business Environment: The current course may have very limited resources to address this new domain. If there is any, it may be woven through the course. 8% of exam questions will be from this domain.

Exam Type: Closed book, Multiple choice, multiple responses, matching, hotspot, etc.
No Of Questions: 180 questions per paper, 175 scored
Exam duration: 230 Minutes
Result: The passing score is determined through psychometric analysis
