Please note, this course is NOT a certification to become a trauma expert or clinical professional. The intention of the course is to provide a general awareness of the possible impact of trauma on oneself and students (if you are a teacher), and a deeper understanding of concepts, terminology, and conditions related to unhealed trauma. The course updates the ancient practices of yoga to include a deeper understanding of how yoga can benefit the pervasive nature of trauma in our contemporary world.
