In today's fast-changing and complex business environment, leaders must move beyond traditional management approaches and embrace different ways of working. As my focus is on coaching, my programme has coaching as a core leadership competency. This course provides leaders with the tools and frameworks needed to develop self-awareness, enhance their delegation skills through the use of speech acts, and master the art of active listening. While there is a great deal of leadership material to study, I have tried to give you a quick synopsis to get you started on the "Leader as Coach" view.
Through a combination of theory, reflective exercises, and practical application, participants will:

Understand the power of coaching conversations in motivating and empowering teams.
Apply key coaching techniques to create a culture of learning, adaptability, and engagement.
This course integrates research-based insights with experiential learning, offering leaders a structured approach to becoming more effective, agile, and people-centric in their leadership.
