This course is for those who feel frustrated because they haven't been able to move forward with their lives after divorce. The trauma of divorce changes us. Some of our roles and identity have changed. Some of us continue to feel "stuck" or "in pain". Some of us stay the victim and have a pity party for anyone who will come. Some of us become complacent and settle for the way our lives are now...
I use the word, frustrating, because intellectually we feel ready. We've tried many options, but none of them give us the results we want or need to move on. We can't understand why it is so. I'll tell you why because I had that same experience. We can't move on by searching for answers outside of ourselves, and I don't mean analyzing the what, who, or how of the situation. (I am a former counselor turned coach.) So, I know a lot of analyzing.
It's because WE GET WHAT WE BELIEVE AND NOT WHAT WE WANT. What I mean by that is intellectually we are ready, but deep down inside of us we don't believe that we can begin this new and different life. We feel scared. We may say that we aren't, but we are because otherwise we would break up with the past and start a new relationship with believing, building, and becoming our new vision for the future.
In this course, you will learn how to override the conflicted feelings, emotions, and limiting beliefs so that we get better results for the future. This is what I learned. If we think the same thoughts over and over, and we feel the same contractive feelings inside over and over, they elicit the same actions over and over, and we get the same results over and over. It can be no other way.
In this course you will learn three simple strategies that will will teach you how to override whatever it is that is holding you back, so that the concentration is on the present and future. By applying these strategies you learn how to open your mind to possibilities and opportunities to move forward that may have been in plain sight but you couldn't see.
