I’m Mihai, the Founder & Managing Director of hirit io and I will be your instructor for this course. I have about 10 years of recruitment and headhunting experience around the globe, hiring from software engineers to sales and marketing professionals, finance, operations and many other professions.

Throughout my career, I have worked with a large number of companies, including fast-growing tech companies, start-ups and large enterprises but also one of the world's largest recruitment agencies.

In addition, I was nominated for the Recruitment Leader of the Year in the United Kingdom back in 2020.
