This Airline Knowledge examination is designed for wide variety of airline and other aviation specialists of all levels, such as sales personnel, administration, finance, operations control and dispatch, crewing, technicians, airport personnel, human resource, etc.
These tests will allow you to check your knowledge of aviation and airline business, but will not include the questions were expert skills are needed. Most of the questions are explained and brief concepts are given for your expertise development in each of the fields - Airline knowledge, Aviation knowledge, Aircraft knowledge, Airport knowledge.
Each of you who is involved in Airline business will have much wider understanding of how airlines work, which will improve your interaction and teamwork with other departments, colleagues, partners and customers.

This test is build based on my own more than 12 years practical aviation experience in Operations Control and Flight Dispatch and my theoretical knowledge gained during my FAA Flight Dispatch training and many other courses. Here are some examples of the test questions:
