This course trains professional employees to understand and apply the approach to conducting and participating in business meetings. This course will show how to send proper meeting notices and agendas, in other words, the process before entering the meeting. In addition, there will be some highlight on the famous system of communication among members attending the meeting, which is the Roberts' Rules of Order.
