In this introductory course you will learn about your seven original chakras. You will learn about the Root, Sacral, Solar Plexus, Heart, Throat, Third Eye, and Crown Chakras. You will learn the location and color of each of the chakras. You will also get a sound bath that acts as an activation, balancing and upleveling of each of your chakras. If you already know about your seven chakras, then this course will act as an upleveling of your chakras so that they can hold more light.

There is a grounding video that you can use after listening to the activation videos, so you are grounded back into the Earth energies. There is one track with just the sound baths, that you can listen to for a meditation or while falling asleep.
