Trying to avoid paying throusands of dollars to a divorce attorney? This is your course.
I am a divorce attorney. That is all I do. I created this course to do one thing: help you understand the basics of how to represent yourself in your own divorce. The information here will help you to get the best result you can get WITHOUT hiring an attorney.
I created this course because I can't represent everyone who contacts me. AND, I hate to turn people away without helping them at all. So, I made this course as a compromise. With this course, I can help people by sharing some of my knowledge at a small fraction of what I would charge to represent them. So, if someone is motivated and willing to learn, this course can quickly increase their knowledge and give them confidence that they can represent themselves.
Divorce can be tricky and complicated. So, people usually start by searching the web for information. If you randomly search the web for information about the law or divorce, you will quickly discover that it is almost impossible to tell the difference between good information and bad information. Lots of what you will find is contradictory, outdated, or just wrong. Here, you can be confident that the information is helpful and relevant to representing yourself in a Florida Divorce.
It should go without saying that this course won't turn you into an attorney, and it will not cover every topic or answer every question. What it will do is help guide you in your learning and give you some tips, tricks, hacks, and shortcuts that you can't get from reading about divorce on Google.
While I can share a lot of useful information, ultimately, this course is just that: useful information. I don't give any legal advice, and taking this course is not the same as having an attorney represent you. The course will prepare you to take on the responsibility of representing yourself. When you represent yourself, you, and only you, are responsible.
I will do my best to keep this course updated, but the law is constantly changing, and I can only devote so much time to updating the course. So, please remember that it is your responsibility to confirm that any information contained in this course is current and accurate.
With all of that said. I have tried to make this course as entertaining as possible considering the subject. I hope that what you learn here will give you the confidence to be successful in representing yourself. Good luck!
