When stress and anxiety strikes, why not bring the retreat to you? This 3 day course allows you to stay in the comfort of your own home, whilst practicing some of the best, mindful classes to ease stress and anxiety.


Knowledge is power, so the best place to start is with making sure we understand what stress and anxiety is, what the differences are, how they affect the body and mind and how to mange them. I know from personal experience, understanding what I was feeling made a huge difference to making a positive change to reduce my stress and anxiety.


Each day, you will have access to a breathwork, Pilates and journaling class, which adds up to around an hour, each day, just for you!


Each day will have a different theme that builds on the previous day and are the steps to making positive, long lasting change.


These mindful classes have been proven to help manage and relieve stress and anxiety and are great classes to add regularly into your life.


By the end of the course, you will feel more confident, stronger and happier in body and mind.
