Congratulations. Even thinking about improving your communications skills puts you ahead of others. Most people don’t communicate nearly as well as they think, and it shows. If you want to express your feelings and ideas, speak and write with more impact, and listen well, you have come to the right place.
Poor communication wastes time, causes confusion and frustration, leads to bad decisions and hurt feelings, costs money, and is usually boring. On the plus side, good communication is engaging, informative, actionable, interesting, quick, and of course, clear and simple.
