In Part 2 of the Introduction to Herbal Health and Nutrition series, students build on the strong foundations established in Part 1. Sections 7–12 guide students through deeper, system-specific applications of herbalism and nutrition, blending traditional knowledge with modern insights.

Beginning with an Introduction to General Anatomy, students will develop a basic understanding of how the major body systems function and interact. This knowledge is essential for practicing herbalists and wellness advocates, providing a framework for understanding how herbs can best support the body's natural processes.

Following anatomy, each week focuses on a different body system:

  • Section 7: Introduction to General Anatomy

  • Section 8: Detoxification and Liver Support

  • Section 9: Cardiovascular and Circulatory Support

  • Section 10: Nervous System and Brain Support

  • Section 11: Digestive System and Gut Health

  • Section 12: Respiratory Health and Herbal Support

Throughout this segment, students will explore how herbs and nutrition work together to promote balance and resilience within each system. Hands-on activities, case studies, and formulation exercises are woven into the learning experience to strengthen practical skills.

By the end of Weeks 7–12, students will have a deeper understanding of the body's anatomy, a more refined view of how herbal support varies by system, and greater confidence in choosing appropriate herbs to match individual needs.
