Course Description:

This introductory course will explore the foundational concepts of the human energy body, focusing on the seven main chakras. Through a combination of theoretical learning and practical exercises, participants will:

  • Gain a deeper understanding of the chakra system: Learn the location, function, and associated colors of each chakra.

  • Identify and release emotional blockages: Explore the concept of emotions as energy and learn techniques to release pent-up emotions.

  • Channel and direct energy: Utilize sound, voice, and meditation to enhance energy flow within the energy body.

  • Develop present moment awareness: Cultivate mindfulness through various practices, including chakra self-assessment and mood tracking.

Course Structure:

The course will consist of four interactive sessions, each building upon the previous one.

Session 1: Foundations of the Human Energy Body

  • Introduction to the chakra system

  • Chakra Self-Assessment

Session 2: Identifying and Releasing Emotional Blockages

  • The nature of emotions and their impact on the energy body

  • Tools for emotional release

  • Introduction to mood tracking

Session 3: Channeling and Directing Energy

  • The power of sound, voice, and light

  • Guided chakra meditation

  • Continued mood tracking and analysis

Session 4: Cultivating Present Moment Awareness

  • Review and integration of course material

  • Chakra Self-Assessment (post-course)

Materials:

  • Worksheets provided: "Chakra Self-Assessment," "Mood Tracker"

    • Optional: "Flowers, Gems, Oils, Foods, Yoga Poses"

  • Pens, colored pencils or markers (red, orange, yellow, green, blue, purple, grey, black)

Homework:

  • Short exercises will be assigned between sessions to reinforce learning and encourage self-discovery.
