  4. Receive a template of all the general tasks that are performed by the standard positions in a dental office that you can customize for your organization.

  5. Receive an Employee Classification template for you to implement into your organization.

  6. Receive a downloadable Progressive Discipline protocol for modification and implementation.

This module, combined with the two prior modules - Dynamic Communication and Communication Vehicles - interact to create a more solid organization.
