What does it mean to have faith? What does it mean to be faithful? What does it mean to believe? And for that matter, what does it mean to doubt? These are some of the questions that this talk covers. We look at how positive thinking can help us change our lives, how skepticism and doubt can prevent us from doing so, and most importantly, how we can empower ourselves by believing in the grace that is with us at all times.
A discussion of grace and faith, including a discussion on thoughts (routines, narratives) and how they influence belief (key to changing beliefs).
What is faith, what grace is, where belief and grace come in, how our thoughts affect these things, and how we can change our beliefs to better align with who we want to be. This set of ideas has been the foundation for many positive changes in my life in the last few years-- and I hope that it can be helpful for you as well.

What are thoughts? Where do they come from? Why do we think about the things that we do? How do some people believe what they want to believe and other people believe differently? How can I change my beliefs? What is the relationship between beliefs, faith and grace; and how does one lead to the other?" Dr. Emoto showed us that thoughts have an energetic impact on our bodies. Just like prayer, just like positive thinking, does giving someone a compliment or encouraging them to go after their goals have any value by itself? Can we change our own lives and attract more positivity simply by changing our belief systems? The answers may surprise you.
We live in a society of beliefs. Beliefs about marketing, beliefs about business, beliefs about work, beliefs about information products, beliefs about self worth, beliefs about life. Our core system of belief consists of a few key areas: beliefs around the righteousness of our endeavors, how we attribute cause and effect, our own sense of self worth and self image, and how we treat others around us.
