You’ll gain foundational tools to feel more grounded, aware, and emotionally balanced — even in the middle of a busy, demanding day. This course is designed to be simple, practical, and experiential, so you can apply what you learn right away.

Who is it for: This course is for busy professionals, caregivers, creatives — and for anyone who has tried meditation before but didn’t really get it. It’s also for those who want to deepen their practice and are looking for a fresh, accessible take on the fundamentals.

Maybe you’ve struggled with staying focused or weren’t sure if you were “doing it right.” I created this course for people who want a supportive, down-to-earth way to learn mindfulness — with clear guidance and encouragement to help you overcome common beginner challenges.

Learn from a mindfulness expert: I am an organizational psychologist with a PhD in Organizational Behavior and Human Resources. As a researcher, educator, and practitioner, I am passionate about advancing evidence-based mindfulness education in both university and professional settings. My work focuses on mindfulness, well-being, leadership, and entrepreneurship, and is rooted in both scientific rigor and lived experience. Informed by my background as a certified mindfulness and yoga teacher, co-founder, and startup team member, I aim to bridge contemplative practice with organizational life. Through my work, I support individuals in cultivating healthy, connected, and sustainably productive lives, and I help entrepreneurs and organizations build mindful routines and cultures where people can thrive.
