WARNING :
There must be a protective floor under you in the place where you will do hammock yoga. For example, tatami floor.
Don't forget to do an equipment safety check before starting your lesson.
Start your lesson after making sure that your hammock is tied tightly and your head will not touch the ground in upside down poses.
Be sure to check the carabiners and dowels to which your hammock is attached.
