Learn how to coach using DISC Sub-factors & 3rd Party - Earn 50% off DISC assessments by completing Level 1 and 2

This is the second DISC Certification Course out of three that we have on Udemy. While the course can standalone - it is meant to be completed after taking our DISC Coaching Certification - Level 1 Course.

We believe this course might be our most valuable because it really helps you as the coach understand - "Now what?".  If you are coaching someone or running a workshop and you assess them they may ask "Now what?". How can you practically use the tool? We have found that this course answers that.

This course dives into DISC Sub-factors and 3rd party feedback. They are critical for a coach's knowledge base due to the following reasons:

  • Enhanced Understanding of Behavior: DISC is widely used in executive and life coaching to assess behavioral tendencies. However most DISC assessments do not cover DISC Sub-factors at all. This is one of the richest coaching areas in terms of impact and profitability. Conversations about DISC Sub-factors set professional coaches apart. This knowledge is a bankable asset! By delving into the 12 DISC Sub-factors, coaches gain a deeper understanding of their clients' unique behavioral preferences and tendencies, strengths, weakness, motivators and challenges, and areas for development. They are coached to DIAL UP or DIAL DOWN (modulate) their factors enabling coaching at the granular level whereby targeted suggestions, interventions and practices are implemented.

  • Contextual Awareness: Incorporating 3rd party inputs from colleagues and coworkers, friends, and/or family adds an external perspective that, without DISCflex, would never be possible. The goal of coaching is to see change – this mechanism provides verification that the coaching engagement is having the desired effects from an irrefutable fully-validated data-driven analytical standpoint. These inputs provide valuable context and insights into the client's professional environment, work dynamics, and interpersonal relationships. This information helps coaches gain a broader understanding of their clients' challenges, strengths, and areas of improvement within their specific organizational context.
