This course is designed to help you learn the art of self-defense where you do not need to go to a dojo or gym and defend yourself in three seconds or less. The course will teach you to think defensively and practice in the same fashion. Because violent situations are handled differently depending on the individuals involved. Like attacks due to emotions or done while involved in a crime, one may be out of control and the other is not. The laws, rules, and regulations that govern the use of force for police officers do not apply to the average citizen, especially those who become a victim of violence. A citizen may defend themselves by attacking their attackers' eyes, neck, or groin, strike the spine or the back of the head, or bite their attacker, but should an officer use any of these techniques, they may lose their job and even be arrested for excessive force. For this reason, all officers should be mentally prepared and situationally aware to survive a violent attack, it is important hthat you also are situationally aware.
The study and practice of martial arts are usually done to learn how to develop a disciplined mindset and enhance your physical fitness. But you must choose the right fighting sport for your lifestyle. You should have some self-defense training if you are a security guard, bodyguard, and even a schoolteacher.
It is hard to develop your self-defense style, which makes taking lessons important. Experts will tell you their system is the best, with the easiest learning techniques. The fact is it takes time and effort to master all self-defense systems. The best self-defense system is where you learn to make one move or technique to survive many attacks without thought. Regardless of the martial art or fighting system you practice; you should be able to defend against any weapon.
