Positive self talk self soothing

Your taking a walk with me in my back yard were you will see Beauty's early spring thoaw. A little spring time stream. Apple trees evergreen trees different kind of Papa Birch cedar I think those are the trees you will see

while learning positive self talk and  self soothing. There's a few work sheets. You can print them out or just write it out on a sheet of paper.I like to do a feeling check in before and after each session

    Gently in little circles Rub Hand lotion into your hands wrist

  • Let's do an exercise sit or stand as straight as you can, breath in threw your nose to the count of 5 just count and breath out one two three four five.

    Let do this 5 times.
