CORPOLATES is a series of training sessions prepared by a certified Pilates trainer. The training sessions presented are aimed at improving fitness and well-being while working in front of a computer. The CORPOLATES training program was created for all people who work in corporations and home office and spend long hours in a sitting position.
The aim of the training series is to improve the overall condition of the body, well-being and quality of work without leaving the office, and even without interrupting daily duties.
CORPOLATES training is also adapted to the needs of people who cannot always devote enough time to intensive physical activity after long hours spent at work.
The CORPOLATES program includes the following training courses:
1. ERGONOMICS AND ACTIVITY IN THE WORKPLACE - This course is the essence of knowledge based on the Pilates method, which is necessary to ensure that work is no longer associated with a stagnant and aching body. These are exercises for everyone, at any age, which should accompany us every day.
2. SOS FOR THE SPINE - training focusing on improving the condition of the entire spine - a collection of exercises and tips for people who suffer from spine pain both at work in front of a computer and during everyday activities.
3. BREATHING TRAINING - HOW TO OXYGENATE THE BODY DURING WORK - this is a collection of breathing exercises that will teach you how to breathe properly to provide energy to the entire body during office work, when we spend several hours in a closed, often air-conditioned room, as well as during physical activity.
4. HEALTHY FEET AND HANDS - this is a collection of valuable tips on how to avoid excessive tension and pain in the limbs, which are burdened not only during movement, but also to a large extent when we sit and work with them in an unnatural way.
5. FASCIAL SELF-MASSAGE WITH BALLS - this is a compendium of knowledge on self-massage. We use small balls, which are great at massaging tense muscles and fascia. The self-massage you will learn can be performed in any conditions and is an ideal complement to the exercises you have learned or will learn in other CORPOLATES trainings.
6. PILATESPRESSO, which should be an example for each of you of how to start the day well, to wake up and warm up the whole body and prepare it for a whole day of hard work.
