Knowing all of this, will put you ahead of a lot of construction professionals that don’t take the time to learn best practices, learn from other people’s mistakes or try to perfect their trade.

Knowledge becomes power when you are able to use it to solve problems, the more knowledge you have, the more problems you will be able to solve, which will make you more sought after and open the doors for you to bigger opportunities.

I will therefore present the information in a clear and concise manner, utilising checklists, cheat sheets, provide real life tricks of the trade, templates and examples so the information is immediate and practical, so you can use it straight away.

I will use best practices for information retention and consolidation by using quizzes and further study recommendations and on completion will provide certifications with my courses for Continuous Professional Development (CPD) which are structured to comply with CIOB & RICS CPD requirements.
